For this assignment we worked more on photoshop, the tools we focused on where clone stamp and quick selection. For this we took a photo of a car and edited it. Original ImageEdited Photo #1Edited Photo #2What I learned in this assignment was how to use the different tools in photoshop. Also I learned that if you rush through your assignment it will not look good.

For this assignment I took pictures of a golf ball on my putter grip. I took these pictures for my love towards golf and shadows and lights. Apature: 3.5 Shutter Speed: 1/30 Iso: 400 I learned that taking pictures of shadows is hard because you have to get the right lighting. Plus I waited till the sun was going through my windows so it would give it good lighting.
My second photo Im gonna focus on food. I love food and I think that if I look at a different perspective of food the picture can come out really nice. I love all of these examples of food because they are all different perspective's of food. Also the texture and the balance is all perfect.
I choose to take a picture of this golf ball on the tee because I really love to golf and I want to go into golf. Also I love the outdoors so I thought these two would mix. Aperture: F 4.0 Shutter speed: 1/1000 Iso:200 One thing I learned that was that it was pretty hard to get the lighting good and also it was hard to get a good balance with the background of the fairway. Also it was kinda fun trying to get a good angle of the ball on the tee. The one thing that I could work on is that I could off blurred the background out to focus on the ball more.
In this assignment we had to take a photo so we could learn how to photoshop. We used layers, guides, resize the canvas, threshold dialogs, and anchor layers. There were a lot of instructions to change the original photo to a photo with four different colors in each corner. We had to format the photo is fit in each section by using rulers then change the colors in each photo. In this assignment I learned the basics of photoshop and how to use the tools, and where they are located. I learned how to crop, colorize a photo, and to move the image onto an empty canvas.
For my first shooting assignment I am gonna focus on the subject animal. I hope I can get better at taking picture of animals. Also I am gonna take a picture of my dogs. I think they can bring some joy to the picture. I think these are all great examples of pictures of animals. I like how they used the background and they also showed the emotions of the dogs. Also I like dogs a lot so these are great pictures of them
Rule of Third's Pattern Symmetry Texture Depth of Field Lines Framing Perspective Space Balance Color What I LearnedThe main thing I learned in the assignment was how to properly take photographs to make them look more pleasing to the eye. I usually just take the picture and don't look at the color and the perspective etc. I also liked how we started off on this project because we really learned the basics of photography.

I took this class because my grandpa is a photographer and he told me to try it. I also like to take pictures with my phone so I thought I would like this class. Also I need a technology credit so this seemed to be a good option. |
